What is a multi-head split system?

A multi-head split system consist of one outdoor unit with multiple indoor units. Their main advantage is that they can allow you to control room temperatures individually.
Multi Split systems are ideal for spaces that cannot sensibly be serviced by a single wall mounted split system. Multi head split system air conditioners like our Daikin model are cheaper to install than ducted systems and are a good solution for rooms with limited ceiling space for ducting.
The outdoor unit can be connected to a variety of indoor unit ranging from slim-line wall mounted to indoor units that are mounted in the wall or ceiling cavity.

The Daikin Multi R32 comes in the following capacities for reverse cycle: 5.2kW, 6.8kW, 8.0kW, 10.0kW

Daikin offers a range of multi-split systems that includes an outdoor unit that can be combined with several different type of indoor units.
This unit can service up to 14 rooms and be coupled with a wide selection of indoor units to suit a variety of room sizes.
Each indoor unit can also be individually controlled, scheduled and set to the desired room temperature.

Running costs are kept low as only rooms requiring air conditioning can be switch on independently.

Compact Footprint

Available in a wide range of capacities whilst maintaining a compact installation footprint with long piping runs of up to 100m (24kW Model).

Braemar's multi split system air conditioning enables the connection of up to five indoor units to a single outdoor unit. A range of indoor units are available to suit your home plus you can save on running costs by heating or cooling rooms as required with different temperature settings on each room.
